What a week!!

I am so happy that it is Friday!! It's been a busy week with lots of stuff going on. I am teaching a Christmas Tag and gift wrapping ideas class tomorrow. And then later on in the evening I have a Christmas Card class. So, I have been busy cutting and organizing paper and supplies all week.

Have been enjoying my Blogging for Scrapbooker's. I will have to play catch up this weekend. And I also signed up for a Handmade DIY Christmas being taught by KA and Wilna. I am super excited about it, looks like there will be lots of cool things to make and it's all stuff that you have at home. So, it's affordable. The class is not expensive either, check it out here. So, I know I am a little late with the Halloween photos but I will leave you some photos of our cutie nieces in their Halloween costumes!!

Two of my fave people. My sister Ness and baby Naomi. We had a good day together yesterday, lots of chatting, laughing, and having fun. It was a good day. I took lots of photos but, this one is my fave.

It's Friday!!

And I have the day off. So awesome and happy to have been able to sleep in this morning. I am spending the afternoon with my sister and niece this afternoon. I'm excited to get some baby time. She's a cutie. But I thought I would share some photos from last Sunday when I met up with my sister, friend Sam and and baby Naomi at Starbucks. She's a cutie!!

Lucky

We had a good weekend, both Jared and I. Busy but good. Monday always seems to come too fast. We were lucky enough to go over to Joce and Gabe's  ( SIL and BIL) for dinner and Jared watched the Bears and Packers game too. The Bears lost :( But we both spent lots of time playing and laughing with this little girl...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yup, J and I are in love with this little girl. Some of the photos are little blurry but, their priceless. Still cannot believe that she will be one already at the end of the month she's having her birthday party this coming Saturday and Auntie is making cupcakes...YUM!! Have a good Monday and week!!

Because we deserved it

After the experience my Mom and I had today after grocery shopping, it was definitely interesting. My Mom thought we deserved an ice cream, it was quite delicious. Here we are eating them in the car.

Baby Love...

We celebrated my sister Vanessa's birthday yesterday with dinner and a cake. And we got to spend some time with Baby Naomi...she has grown so much already since the last time we saw her.

 

 

Doesn't she look fabulous in pink? And with Mama and Daddy. I find it amazing to watch my sister and brother-in-law with her. So sweet!!

 

 

And she fell aslepp on Jared's chest. So sweet and peaceful, I love how she has her little mouth open.

Welcome Baby!!

I could not be more happy and ecstatic. My sister Vanessa had her baby this morning at 1:42am. A beautiful baby girl named Naomi Mercedes. I still cannot believe that my sister is a mom. I could not be happier for her. Jared and I went to visit our new little niece, and I almost teared up from happiness. She is beautiful.

I am looking forward to getting to know this little girl, and spoiling her rotten. And watching my sister grow into an amazing mother. It will be wonderful.

For Baby...

My mom, Olga and I threw a baby shower for my sister Vanessa on Saturday!! It was tons of fun, small with mostly family and some yummy delicious Mexican food made by my Mama. We also played some fun games, especially tasting baby food and guessing what it was. You wonder how some babies can actually eat it!! Here are some photos...

She looks good, don't you think? She's due on July 7th but, it can be any day now. I love the photo of the three of us. And how about all the things I made..the cupcakes were delicious.

Father's Day was good, I will have to share later some photos of my Dad that I took over the weekend, they are so cute and so him!!

And it's also my last week of school. YAY!! Four days left!!

All sorts of treasures...

The weekend always go by so quickly, it was  a good weekend though. Saturday morning I went with my Dad to the Fall Fair at the church and I found some good books and I managed to eat some samosas which is good, they always seem to sell out fast. Got all these books for $3, pretty good I think!!

Stuff to read and looking forward to it is always good. After my Dad and I went into Steveston and had a coffee and did some thrift shopping. Both my parents always go and they always seem to find some awesome goodies. And when I tell them I am looking for something they always find it, like I needed a knitting bag for more yarn, some ramekins to make chicken pot pies, all found by my parents while thrifting. Anyways we did find some goodies both my Dad and I, he found some more books and I found two games than I can use for tutoring, and fun games too I'm looking forward to playing, I'm going to get Jared to play with me too, especially Boggle!!

Had my SU party later on Saturday night, it went well lots of fun, I LOVE getting crafty with people and making things, I always have fun. Sold lots, and had some Sangria which is always good. I think I should try and set up a crop, that would be tons of fun or going away with some friends to one of those crafty retreats, I've always wanted to, have to look into it,

Sunday, the Bears won!! YAY!! Jared was happy !! He went to play his soccer game and I stayed home and got my scrap on, did some pages and started on my two last remaining atc swaps!!

Lots of pages, it was fun!! After Jared and I went to visit this little one...

She's grown so much already since the last time we saw her. She's such a cutie!! She looks good in pink too. Jared was holding her in this photo and he held her for such a long time and he was so sweet with her. I've always know what an amazing Dad he's going to be but watching him with Neve, made my heart melt even more. Makes me excited for when our turn comes, soon!!

And that's it for my weekend. It was good. And luckily I have a short week again this week. We have a pro-d day on Friday, so all schools are closed and there are no conferences on Friday for me to go to, I'm going Saturday morning so, I get a Friday off and a short week!! YAY!!
